Tempest gusto : tier = ?

What's up world !
Here's my TEMPEST GUSTO build, a quicker more versatile gusto build. It's my most used deck at the moment and my «best» one. It's pretty much the one I would compete with. Now, I was wondering if it was good enough to be classified as a true tier deck ? If so, where would you put it ? And while we're at it, any feedback to make this better is apreciated

I wouldn't call it a tier deck because for it to be in a tier it needs to be used rather widely. I will give more advice when I'm at my computer

Anything that can play Dragosack and Big Eye is at least tier 2.

true. although as I play this more, I find I am more inclined to go into synchro plays or the not-so famous dragosack-scrap dragon which is my fav

Okay, and if it can play both and make them even somewhat consistent, it's somewhere around tier 2, sad to say but, that's the way it is.

You know, I love Dragons. But even I'm starting to think that Dragon Lords have gotten a little too much support in these new Xyz monsters. It's not just them either, but this Celestial Dragon that's come out as well. It is FAR too easy to summon in Dragon Lord decks, and it's inability to be stopped at summon makes it just a little too OP in Dragon Lords imo.

I would use shrine of mist valley or divine wind of mist valley, but if you;re using divine wind make sure you're adding in either harpie dancer or 3 birdman
