Why would the opponent admit defeat when using harpies? Harpies are easily the second best deck in the format at least

Evilswarm can't stop a level 4 Harpie spam, spellbook can't stop harpie field destruction on the opponents turn, and E Dragons are the deck that is arguably better.

I actually see Harpies having a decent game against E-Dragons, remember kitties, Lightning Plover is a card. All in all, Harpies are a pretty good rogue deck.

No , Scarr doesn't slow my deck i use him always. to bring gren or beiige or kahkki from my deck to my hand.

i have 3 grapha then i can destroy 3 cards on the field and special summon 3 graphas ( Or Normal Summon them ) , but kahkki makes me destroy a monster so i would destroy any monster in the field which is stronger than grapha and with Gren i can destroy any continuous spell or trap cards ( or even set spell/trap cards ) , i know that grapha has the same effect but let''s say that Gren and Kahkki are grapha's substitute or even if i have grapha in my hand or graveyard they may be called ( EXTRA DESTRUCTION ).
