Drake's Battle Competition

Welcome to the first tournament class series ever hosted at Dragon Slayer Academy. I would like to thank anyone who attends in advance. The rules are simple, no one higher than the Hall of Drake dorm may compete, this is a beginners tournament, so no tier 1 or 0 decks, and lastly no burn or stall or exodia decks Those are just bad. If you're interested post your name below, and we'll get it going starting next saturday.

Question though, since I'm still noobish when it comes to Yu-Gi-Oh. What are Tier 1 and 0 decks? Can I use my Nova Dragon deck I posted here awhile ago?
